- During periods of excessive load, I manage a small amount of projects, dealing directly with client contacts: Some clients include Barnes & Noble and Cablevision
- Ensuring projects are on schedule and on budget
- Being the liason between the Project Managers and the Graphic Designers
- Knowing the progress of each project and scheduling designers accordingly
- Finding and addressing periods of excess load
- Sitting in on client kick-off meetings to help scope and brainstorm projects
- Going over timelines with the Project Managers to ensure that it will fit within the schedule
- Training and helping the Graphic Designers with their day to day elearning projects (I love teaching Flash!)
- Helping the Director of Creative Services to conduct graphic designer reviews
